#TrueStory – Power of Knowledge and Sadhana

Power of Knowledge and Sadhana

Power of Knowledge and Sadhana

1. Today my Long Kriya follow up teacher had a story to tell!
2.With moist eyes, she said i could have almost gone in the morning accident but i am here now!
3 When that accident happened the only thing happened -i was not fearful of death!
4.I was not worried what would happen what about xyz. I was ready to face it.
5.& Only knowledge & Sadhana has brought such inmense strength within.
6.For any reason don’t leave this path, be there. You have no idea of its potential! How it will transform you!
7.Such commitment & determination it can instill that you will be amazed & at a loss of words of gratitude!
8.How much you will get & when, is not a question. The question is of being there!! With commitment &Β  determination!
9. When you need it, you will get it πŸ™‚ The knowledge, the practice will leave you wealthy with a strong mind!
10. You can’t assure that problems won’t come. But you can train your mind to learn to get out of negativity πŸ™‚ a lifelong practice!
11. That fear psychosis & insecurity just dissolves.

Q n A with Sri Sri : How to make doing Sadhana everyday, an easy habit?

Q n A with Sri Sri

Q n A with Sri Sri

Q : Gurudev, taking out time for Sadhana in everyday life becomes little difficult, whereas I enjoy doing Sadhana.
How to make it an easy habit?

Sri Sri:
Look, is it difficult to take out time to brush your teeth?
You need to take time out to go to the washroom, isn’t it? You bathe everyday or not? Do you run to the office after getting up from the bed? Without having breakfast, do you go?
There is time to have tea, breakfast, and gossip.
There is time to bathe for an hour, and there is time to stand in front of the mirror and comb your hair. Whoever comes home we have time to talk nonsense with them. And on top of all this, there is time for television.
But for doing Sadhana, after doing which one feels so good, how come there is no time?

I know there is a lot of running around to do in life, and it feels like there is no time, but you have to create a discipline for Sadhana. Make a commitment, ‘If I don’t do Sadhana today, I won’t have breakfast.
I don’t have the right to eat anything until I sit for 15 minutes’.
Only 15 minutes, in the morning after waking up, sit in bed. Loosen your whole body, and realize that God is your own, God is within you.
Just sit there for a few minutes.

I tell you, once in the year 1980, we went to Badrinath and Kedarnath (pilgrim spots in North India). In those days going to Badrinath and Kedarnath was very difficult.
It would take three days from Rishikesh to Badrinath.
We had to stop frequently and couldn’t travel at night. There were two Germans with us who we taught pranayama and meditation. ]
When it was evening, they would ask the driver to stop the car near any pavement.
And there on the road, by the pavement, they would spread their mats and sit in meditation.
I was surprised seeing them. Whatever condition you are in, wherever you are, you should meditate.

During my college days, if I was traveling by train, even I would also do it (my Sadhana) there itself, in the train.
But I was seeing these two Germans, they were so particular about the time. As soon as it was 6 PM they would stop the car, and sit in meditation.
What I mean to say is, we should make it a habit.
Morning or evening, at least one time – when you return home from work, wash your face and sit for 20 minutes. This much time we can definitely take out. Or wake up a little early in the morning.
If you were not able to wake up early and got late one day, then do it after returning home in evening.

When you have decided that without doing sadhana you won’t have food, then this becomes a part of your routine. Then if you miss one or two days, no problem. But don’t make missing it a habit.
There’s a very nice bhajan by Sant Kabirdas.
“Kaam na choda, krodh na choda, satyavachan kyu chod diya, Naam japan kyu chod diya”.
(You didn’t leave lust, you didn’t leave anger, then why did you leave the words of truth? Why did you stop chanting his name?)

Become a fountain of joy!

Unleash the Joy Within..

Unleash the Joy Within..

You have to get in touch within, to tap the infinite joy within..

You might give yourself a 1000 reasons to be unhappy, but each time there will be a 100 reasons to be happy.
You have got to find that, that really makes you happy & practice it regularly.
A person, an event will not give you joy for long, nor repeat it again..
You have got to stop finding it there, realizing it again & again..
What stays with you is your body & mind, your memory, intellect.
And time & again you have to work on it..
Purify it with knowledge & compassion,
Polish it with Sadhana,
Decorate yourself with joy – with Satsang
& present it with love through Service to others..
You have to seek shelter to the Fountain of joy, the Guru, to become one..
Someone who knows how to safeguard happiness, cultivate, curate & nurture it!
You got to find that which helps you move beyond success & failure, joy & sorrow..

You have got to connect with the joy within to relate to the chaos, confusion & distress outside..
Everything has been carefully designed to get you inside, to the cave of your heart & to become a fountain of joy yourself! πŸ™‚
Be one, soon πŸ™‚

Love.

Do i feel the Connection?!

Q : Wat shud one do when he doesnt feel d connection ?

Answer :
It is not that you don’t feel devotion at all.
Maybe, not to the extent you feel most times.
And that is natural.
Just don’t focus on this lack.
As Guruji says don’t focus on the lack else you reel in lack.
So when you acknowledge that you feel tasteless in devotion,
Practise Seva, Knowledge and Sacrifice more.
These along with Sadhana Satsang & Surrender can bring back the lost touch.
You should say " Okay G! I am waiting for you..to again be there in the every inch of creation i see! I am waiting to feel the infinite love every moment! Till then YOU see my love for you" πŸ™‚
Gratitude is the key – that you are feeling devotion πŸ™‚
Seeing God in everyone πŸ™‚

Love Prayers Blessing

A Refreshing Morning with Rohit Bhaiya!

Rohit Bhaiya

Rohit Bhaiya

Rohit Bhaiya is leaving to Turkey now to organize for G’s visit :))
here’s an excerpt from of what happened in session with Rohit Bhaiya at Bandra last morning!

This person is so amazingly exceptional!

Its difficult to capture the essence of what he says at times!

Made some effort to capture some πŸ™‚

So here it goes!!

So one guy had problem with his to-be-bhabhi as he felt, she was the reason, that his bro, didn’t interact with parents n himself πŸ™‚
And so he goes n talks to his bhai.. that pls do talk and interact with us all and not just with ur gf!
So the person keeps feeling the girl separated the relations!

Bhaiya says.. who are you, to say, to ur younger brother, that he should have good relations with parents! stop being mothers postman.
He is a big man and i hope knows how to deal and give time!
Understand and have trust!
Common he has had gf just now.Let him enjoy bit and give him some time & space! as a person he knows what to do!
Further if you do have problems with his Gf.. without knowing her.. dont make biased statements.. Get to know her.
Dont fight on the invisible!
Relax and be supportive enough :))

Somebody asked : how to deal parents! Its like, i do my things but when i tell them of going for AOL they kinda are so unsupportive!
I mean i did give them ideas that how would i move ahead in my life and my vision and instead of giving hope, they discourage me! They keep saying mere se nai hoga n all and whats the point doing and all. I atleast expect some encouragement from them.
Arey my dear.. jisne poori zindagi..do waqt ki roti milne ke liye bitayi.who dont do anything to feel inspired.
unse kya inspiration ki apeksha rakhte ho.
Parents: they dont practise & feel what you do.
Toh don’t expect them, to give affirmative and sensitive replies!
they might appear rude & harsh!
They just want you to listen to them..
Most of the time they just want you to listen!
So if you are firm about not acting to what they say and feel you could do much better then dont fight or defend them and get irritated.
Just sit and listen with a patient mind.
And offer your best!
most importantly,

Get them to do course and let them also feel the bliss! then you can talk On one level!
Till then its difficult to explain them d high of 3S’s Sadhana Seva Satsang.

What do you do, to feel nice in day, to feel refreshed? Nothing much consciously right. Start doing.
Recognize & with wisdom manifest!
Why do you do sadhana?
Because it gives you rest, peace of mind, for those few moments you feel good, you feel doing sadhana will help you achieve it all.
But a time comes when with deep rest, you enjoy your sadhana, where not only you experience rest, but good too and till that time keep doing!
Β§
Ohkay sometimes its difficult to act on negativity as you dont know what to do, whats happening and how to get out of it soon!

All these things happen when you lack Sadhana, when you don’t live knowledge or refresh revise your knowledge.
One thing is Do your kriya.. that helps.
Second, those who possess such energy, like volunteer teacher.. talk to them.
Best is: Go for advance course.. Even the lowest of low prana can feel the high and come out of lowness.
and regularly Do talk, share and feel free with teachers!
Teachers can guide , help you by giving any practical tips they applied πŸ™‚

JaiGurudev!
